University administrators tell graduate students that their work is part of their education, tell undergraduates that paying graduate students a just wage and providing health insurance will raise their tuition, and tell parents of undergraduates that their children are being taught by professors. Meanwhile, administrator salaries are take up larger and larger portions of budget.
